Indonesia is a country that rich in traditional characteristics, such as traditional clothing batik, Ethnic culture, including Traditional Foods. If you’re traveling to northern Sumatra, especially the city of Medan and the rural-village, then you will meet one culture, namely Batak, Batak karo in particular, who have the typical traditional cuisine, such as ikan mas (arsik), Daun Singkong Tumbuk and Gulai Jambe (Labu Kuning). It is a delicious traditional cuisine and only found in Indonesia.
